Delete your account
You can delete your Adsytech account and its data at any time — inside the app, or by asking us. This page explains both, and exactly what is removed.
01Option 1 — delete it in the app
Open the Adsytech app and sign in. Go to My Profile (tap your avatar), and under “Account & Security” tap Delete My Account. Enter your password, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete my account.
You are signed out at once and the account can no longer be used.
02Option 2 — ask us to delete it
Already uninstalled the app? Email advertisement10xservice@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Adsytech account”, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 97522 21126. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
03What is deleted
Your login and the app's access to your account — immediately.
Your chats, customer contacts, lead stages, notes and deal values; your WhatsApp connection, message templates and chatbot flows; your AI persona, knowledge base, campaigns and team members; and your push-notification device tokens. All of it is erased within 30 days.
04What we have to keep, and why
Invoices, wallet and payment records, for the period Indian tax law requires us to keep them.
Anonymous, aggregated logs that contain no personal detail and cannot identify you.
